冠心病气阴两虚型房颤病人动态心电图分析

目的 分析冠心病气阴两虚型房颤病人动态心电图分布特征.方法 收集中国中医科学院广安门医院2006年-2010年45例住院冠心病气阴两虚型病人进行动态心电图检查,按不同时间段探讨发生长RR间期的例数与睡眠的关系,最长RR间期的持续时间,以每小时为单位统计平均心室率等,并对其进行统计分析.结果 气阴两虚型心房颤动合并长RR间期与睡眠有一定相关性,但比例不是太高;在22：00点到晨起06：00点之间,平均最慢心室率均在50次/min以下.结论心房颤动合并长RR间期与睡眠相关的为非病理性房室阻滞,而与睡眠无关时应视为病理性房室阻滞;建议中医中药服用时间在临睡前加服一次,以改善夜间自主神经功能失衡情况.

Dynamic ECG Analysis of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated Atrial Fibrillation Patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective To analysis the distribution characteristics of dynamic ECG of coronary heart disease complicated atrial fi- brillation patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome. Methods Forty - five patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrilla- tion patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were collected for Holter examination. Relationship between long RR interval and sleeping,and the duration of the longest RR interval and average heart rate per hour were analyzed. Results There was a certain cor- relation between atrial fibrillation patients of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome with long RR interval and sleep. The average slow ven- tricular rate was less than 50 beats per minute during the time of 22 ： 00 to 06 ： 00 of the next day morning. Conclusion Atrial fibrilla- tion with long RR interval associated with sleep was non - pathological atrioventrieular block. The result suggested that Chinese medi- cine should be taken one more time before going to sleep at night,in order to improve the function of autonomic.
