加味红龙夏海汤治疗高血压病的临床研究

目的观察加味红龙夏海汤治疗高血压病肝阳上亢兼有痰瘀证的临床疗效。方法将60例高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组予以尼莫地平胶囊,1个月为1个疗程,比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂、血液流变学及中医证候等的变化。结果观察组与对照组降压疗效相近（P〉0.05）,观察组治疗后中医证候积分及各中医症状均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,与对照组治疗后比较也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加味红龙夏海汤对于肝阳上亢兼有痰瘀型的高血压病疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Modified Honglongxiahai Decoction for Treatment of Hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Honglongxiahai decoction for treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome types of liver-yang hyperactivity,blood stasis and phlegm.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=30） treated by modified Honglongxiahai decoction,and control group（n=30） treated by nimodipine tablets for one month.The blood pressure level,blood rheology,blood-lipid indexes and the clinical manifestations were analyzed before and after treatment.Results There was no different in anti-hypertension effects in treatment group and control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores were decreased and TCM syndromes was improved（P0.05 or P0.01）.The improvement of TCM syndromes in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The modified Honglongxiahai decoction was effective for treatment of hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity,blood stasis and phlegm syndrome.
