舒血宁注射液治疗心脏X综合征的临床研究

目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗心脏X综合征的临床疗效。方法将50例心脏X综合征患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液治疗。观察两组治疗前后典型心绞痛发作频率、心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度及C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化。另选本院同期健康体检者20名作为正常组。结果心脏X综合征患者血CRP较正常人增加（P〈0.01）。治疗组与对照组治疗后心绞痛发作频率较治疗前显著减少（P〈0.05）,心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度显著改善（P〈0.05）,血CRP浓度显著下降。而治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论常规治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液可以有效的治疗心脏X综合征,舒血宁注射液可以降低心脏X综合征患者血CRP水平可能是其有效的机制之一。

The Clinical Study of Cardiac X-syndrome Treated with Shuxuening Parenteral Solution

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of shuxuening parenteral solution treating cardiac X-syndrome.Methods 50 patients with cardiac X-syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,routine therapy group（24cases） was treated with regular treatments,treatment group（26 cases） add to shuxuening parenteral solution.All patients accepted 15 days treatment.And the frequency of typical angina occurrence,the latitudes of ST segment depression treadmill test and the alteration of blood C response protein were recorded.In addition 20 healthy check-up people,who didn,t take any medicine in two weeks before blood sampling,were selected as a control group.Results Compared with the control group,the concentration of blood C response protein in the patients with cardiac X-syndrome were obviously increased（P0.01）,Compared with before treatment the frequency of typical angina occurrence,the concentration of blood C response protein in both groups were significantly decreased（P0.05）,and the result of treadmill test was also improved（P0.05）.But compared with the routine therapy group,the frequency of typical angina occurrence,the concentration of blood C response protein in the treatment group were significantly decreased（P0.05）,and the result of treadmill test was also improved（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat patients with the regular treatments add to the shuxuening parenteral solution,it is partly by.the shuxuening parenteral solution can decreased the concentration of blood C response protein in the patients with cardiac X-syndrome.
