| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗心脏X综合征的临床疗效。方法选取本院确诊的心脏X综合征患者65例,随机分成常规组与常规加用银杏达莫注射液治疗组。两组均治疗观察15d,观察两组治疗前后典型心绞痛发作频率、心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度等指标情况。结果两组治疗后心绞痛发作频率显著减少（P〈0.05）,心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度显著改善（P〈0.05）,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液可以有效地治疗心脏X综合征。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of yinxingdamo injection for cardiac X-syndrome.Methods Sixty-five patients（pts） with cardiac X-syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups：Routine therapy group（n=33） treated with regular treatment,and treatment group（n=32） add to yinxingdamo injection.All pts were treated for 15 days.The frequency of typical angina and the latitudes of ST segment depression treadmill test were studied.Results Following the treatment,the frequency of typical angina was significantly decreased（P0.05）,and the result of treadmill test was improved（P0.05）.Compared with the routine therapy group,the frequency of typical angina were significantly decreased（P0.05）,and the treadmill test was improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection is effective to treat patients with cardiac X-syndrome. |
