摘    要:目的:分离鉴定淡竹叶(Lophatherum gracile Brongn.)中化学成分,为选定该药材质量控制指标成分奠定基础。方法:淡竹叶乙醇提取物采用反复硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等多种方法进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别是月桂酸(lauric acid,1),羊齿烯醇(fernenol,2),木犀草素(luteolin,3),苜蓿素-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4),牡荆苷(vitexin,5),异荭草苷(isoorientin,6)。结论:化合物1,2为淡竹叶属中未知化合物,系首次分得。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Lophatherum gracile Brongn. Methods: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH -20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results : Six compounds were isolated and identified as lauric acid (1), feruenol (2) vitexin (5), isoorientin (6). Conclusion : Compounds 1 , luteolin ( 3 ) , tricin - 7 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside (4) , ,2 were isolated from the genus Lophatherum for the first time
