中药佐治三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

目的：探究中药佐治三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：62例消化性溃疡患者依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。每组各31例。对照组接受雷贝拉唑，克拉霉素和阿莫西林胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加予中药治疗。结果：对照组总有效率70．9％。观察组总有效率93．5％。两组差异明显具有统计学意义（χ^2＝5．41，P＜0．05）。治疗后随访半年，对照组复发率为36％（8/22），观察组复发率为6．9％（2/29），两组复发率相比有明显差异（χ^2＝4．54，P＜0．01）。结论：中药联合西药三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著，复发率低。

Clinical Analysis on the Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Triple Therapy on Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcer

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy on Helicobacter Pylori associated peptic ulcer .Methods：62 cases of peptic ulcer were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table .31 cases were in each group .The control group was received rabe-prazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin capsules .The observation group was received traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the therapy in the control group .Results：The total efficiency was 70.9%in the control group.In observa-tion group the total efficiency was 93 .5%.There was a significant difference in two groups （χ^2 =5 .41 ,P〈0 .05 ） .Dur-ing follow-up of six months, the recurrence rate in control group was 36%（8/22）.The recurrence rate was 6.9%in the observation group （2/29）, The results had significant differences after treatment （χ^2 =4.54,P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy has a better clinical efficacy and lower recurrence rate .
