循经推拿结合超微定喘方治疗小儿哮喘热哮证的临床观察

目的：应用循经推拿结合超微定喘方治疗小儿哮喘热哮证，观察其临床疗效。方法：将60例小儿哮喘热哮证随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例，对照组予常规治疗及护理；观察组予超微定喘方，应用循经推拿疗法，并按中医护理常规护理。结果：临床控制率比较，观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），症状改善比较，在改善喘息、紫绀症状、发热、面色、大小便方面比较有差异（P＜0.05），观察组优于对照组。结论：循经推拿结合超微定喘方治疗小儿哮喘热哮证疗效确切，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Meridian Massage Combined with Supermicro Dingchuan Decoction for Pediatric Thermal Asthma

Objective：To apply meridian massage combined with supermicro Dingchuan decoction in the treatment of pedi-atric thermal asthma and to observe its clinical effect .Methods：60 cases of children with thermal asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 30 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing;while the observation group was treated with supermicro Dingchuan decoction and meridi-an massage therapy besides routine Chinese medicine nursing care .Results： The clinical control rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was significant differences between two groups in improving the symptoms of wheezing , cyanosis, fever, colour of face, urination（P〈0.05 ）.The observation group was better than that of the control group .Conclusion：There is an ex-act effect of meridian massage combined with supermicro Dingchuan decoction on pediatric thermal asthma ,which is wor-thy clinical application .
