| 摘 要： | 目的：探索针刺对急性高血压脑出血治疗作用的分子机制。方法：采用分子生物学手段，动态观察针刺对急性高血压脑出血大鼠脑组织HSP70mRNA表达的影响。结果：针刺能促进HSP70mRNA在高血压脑出血大鼠脑组织中表达。结论：针刺促进高血压脑出血大鼠脑组织HSP70mRNA表达是针刺治疗急性高血压脑出血的重要机制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of acupuncture on the treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage.Methods:To ohserve theinfluence of alupuncture gr the HSP 70mRNA erpresion of cerehral region in rats With acute hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage by molecular biology ways.Results:Acupuncture can increae the HSP 70 mRNA eepression of cerebral region in rats with acute hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage. Conclusion:That Acupuncture can increase HSP 70 mRNA expression of cerebral region in rats with acute hypertensivl cerebral haemorrhage would be the important mechanism of ancupuncture on the treatment of alute hypertenive cerebral haemorrhage.
