电针对大鼠脊髓损伤后细胞凋亡PARP-1裂解片段表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察电针对脊髓损伤后神经细胞凋亡基因PARP-1裂解片段表达的影响。方法:采用Allen's法制备急性脊髓损伤模型。动物分为电针组、药物组(Caspase-3抑制剂组)、模型组、假手术组。应用TUNEL法对细胞凋亡进行标记。结果:脊髓损伤后6h即发现神经细胞凋亡,1d达到高峰,3d、7d、14d随后下降。凋亡的细胞主要位于脊髓灰质前角。且电针对PARP-1裂解片段在1d、14d有明显抑制作用。结论:PARP-1裂解片段可能促进神经元的凋亡而参与了脊髓继发性损伤。电针通过抑制PARP-1裂解片段在大鼠脊髓损伤神经元中表达,抑制神经细胞凋亡而减轻脊髓继发性损伤。
