丹参酮对血瘀证患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨丹参酮对血瘀证患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声检出颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的血瘀证患者60例,随机分为对照组30例(常规治疗)和治疗组30例(常规治疗基础上联合应用丹参酮注射液),观察治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块大小及血清hs-CRP的变化,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组IMT、hs-CRP均显著降低,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有缩小的趋势。与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参酮可显著降低血瘀证患者IMT及血浆hs-CRP的水平,并明显改善患者的临床症状,表明丹参酮具有抗炎、稳定斑块和抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the effects of Tanshinone on carotid atherosclerosis plaques and the expression of hs -CRP in patients with blood- stasis syndrome. Methods:60 patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaques were selected by carotid ultrasound examination. Then they were divided into control group (n = 30) and Tanshinone treatment group ( n = 30) . The intima - media thickness ( IMT), the size of carotid plaques and the level of hs - CRP were evaluated in two groups. Results : IMT and the level of hs - CRP were reduced obviously ; Carotid plaques tended to be smaller with Tanshinone treatment. There were significant differences between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment, Tanshinone can significantly decrease the IMT and the level of hs - CRP. Meanwhile, the symp- toms of blood -stasis patients are obviously improved. These findings suggest that Tanshinone probably plays a role in resisting inflammation, stabilizing carotid atherosclerosis plaques and preventing atherosclerosis.
