保肝消脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝组织瘦素的影响

目的：通过观察非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝组织瘦素的变化,探讨中药降脂颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝可能的作用机制。方法：60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组和保肝消脂高、中、低剂量组。治疗8周后处死,记录肝指数,进行肝组织病理学检测,酶联免疫方法测定肝组织匀浆中瘦素水平。结果：与空白对照组相比,造模组肝指数、肝组织中的瘦素水平显著升高（P〈0.05）,经保肝消脂颗粒治疗后,肝指数、肝匀浆组织中瘦素水平明显下降,其中保肝消脂颗粒中、高剂量组与模型组差异显著。结论：保肝消脂颗粒可有效地降低肝组织匀浆瘦素水平,该作用可能是其治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机理之一。

Effect of Baoganxiaozhi Granule on Leptin of Liver Tissue In Rats with Nona Lcoholic Liver Disease

Objective： To observe the effect of baoganxiaozhi Granule on leptin of liver tissue in rats with nona lcoholic liver disease,to explore the potencial mechanism of the herb on NAFLD.Methods： 60 Male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups： control group;model group;sinvastatin group;baoganxiaozhi Granule group of high dose,medium dose and low dose.The rats in the model group;sinvastatin group;baoganxiaozhi Granule group were fed a fat-rich diet to establish NAFLD model with 8 weeks.After 8 weeks treatment,all rats were sacrificed.Records of liver index and the detection of liver histopathology,The levels of liver leptin were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results： Compared with the control group,liver index,liver tissue leptin levels in model group were significantly higher（P 0.05）,after treatment by baoganxiaozhi Granule,liver index,liver tissue homogenate leptin levels were significantly decline,which nourish the liver and reducer particles,high-dose group and model group significant difference.Conclusion： Baoganxiaozhi Granule can effectively reduce the liver tissue homogenate leptin levels,the effect may be one mechanism of action of its treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
