| 摘 要： | 目的:分离万寿菊花镇咳作用的有效部位。方法:水煎煮与醇提取万寿菊花后采用聚酰胺柱分离,用水、不同浓度的乙醇溶液和氨水洗脱,各洗脱部位的镇咳作用以浓氨水引咳小鼠做测试。结果:90%乙醇洗脱部位镇咳效果显著。结论:万寿菊花镇咳作用有效部位为90%乙醇洗脱部位。

| Abstract: | Objective:To select the antitussive effective components of Tagetes erecta L.Method: Water extraction,together with ethanol extraction from Tagetes erecta L were eluted in polyamide column by different solvents,and every fraction was tested in tussive mice caused by strong ammonia.Result:90% ethanol elution showed a strong antitussive effect.Conclusion:The antitussive effective components of Tagetes erecta L was 90% ethanol extraction. |
