中药从瘀论治糖尿病末梢神经病变31例临床观察

目的：观察活血化瘀方治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将61例糖尿病末梢神经病变患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。两组在常规控制血糖前提下,治疗组选用中药活血化瘀方;对照组给予维生素B1注射液、维生素B12注射液。结果：对照组总有效率53.33%,治疗组总有效率83.87%。结论：中药治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变疗效满意。

Observiation on Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Huoxuehuayu Chinese Medicine

Objective： To observe Huoxuehuayu treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the clinical efficacy of.Methods： 61 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy are randomly divid into treatment group 31 cases and the control group 30 cases.Medicine Huoxuehuayu the control group receive injection of vitamin B1,vitamin B12 injection.The two groups in the regular control of blood glucose under the premise of the treatment group use traditional Chinese.Results： The total effective rate control group,53.33%,treatment group,the total efficiency of 83.87%.Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu Diabetic peripheral neuropathy results are satisfactory.
