金匮肾气丸对实验性2型糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏组织NO、NOS的影响

目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对实验性2型糖尿病肾病大鼠的作用。方法:采用高糖、高脂饲料喂养动物,待模型成功后,再用金匮肾气丸治疗。48只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、罗格列酮治疗组、金匮肾气丸大、中、小剂量治疗组。第13周,收集24h尿液,测定尿白蛋白含量,计算尿白蛋白排泄率。处死大鼠,取血检测各组大鼠血糖,取肾组织匀浆检测肾脏组织中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果:金匮肾气丸大、中、小剂量组及罗格列酮组与模型组比较,血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率均降低(P0.01或P0.05),罗格列酮治疗组、金匮肾气丸大、中、小剂量治疗组肾脏组织中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶的含量升高,与模型对照组相比具有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可降低2型糖尿病肾病大鼠血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率,升高肾脏组织中NO、NOS的含量。

Jinkui Shenqi Pill：Its Effects on NO and NOS in Rats with Experimental Type Ⅱ Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To explore the effects Jinkui shenqi pill on experimental effects of type Ⅱ diabetic nephropathy in rats.To explore the effects of Jinkui shenqi pill on the experimental rats with Type Ⅱ diabetic nephropathy.Methods： Sugar and fat rich diet were adopted to feed the animals,after the model was made,the rats were treated with Jinkui shenqi pill.48 rats were divided into the blank control group,the modle control group,rosiglitazone group and high,medium and low dose of Jinkui shenqi pill group.At the 13th week,we collected urine samples to test the contents of 24th urinary albumin,then calculated urinary albumin excretion tate.At last,we would execute all of rats and collect the blood serums which were tested for the blood glucose and NO,NOS of nephridial tissue homogenate.Results：Compared model group with groups of Jinkui shenqi pill and rosiglitazone group on the level of blood glucose,UAER decreased（P0.01 or P0.05）.Compared with the model group,the RSG group,the JK high dose group and the JK medium dose group of NO,NOS increased,which had a statistical significance（P0.01 or P0.05）compared with the model control group.Conclusion：Jinkui shenqi pill can decrease the level of blood glucose,UAER,and also can decrease the contents of ON,NOS of type Ⅱ diabetic nephropathy.
