黄芪多糖的微波提取及含量测定

摘    要:目的:从黄芪中提取多糖,并测定其含量,方法:运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取黄芪多糖,用酚--硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果:测得黄芪中多糖含量6.55%,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=1.02%(n=3)。结论: 首次运用微波技术从黄芪中提取多糖,反应速度加快,实验结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective: The extraction and content determinations polysaccharides of membranous milkvetch root. Methods: Microwave Technique Applied in polysaccharides were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.Results: The polysaccharides content of membranous milkvetch root is 6.55%, recovery rate is 99.05%. Conclusion: Microwave Technique Applied in The polysaccharides of membranous milkvetch root has been obtained for the first time.
