| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨逍遥散、丹栀逍遥散抗抑郁作用。方法 :采用自主活动、小鼠悬尾实验及强迫游泳等方法观察逍遥散和丹栀逍遥散抗抑郁作用。结果 :逍遥散和丹栀逍遥散均能明显缩短小鼠悬尾和强迫游泳不动时间 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,且对自主活动无影响。结论 :逍遥散和丹栀逍遥散均有明显的抗抑郁作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To evaluate the anti-depressant effects of Xiaoyaosan(XYS)decoction and Danzhixiaoyaosan(DZXYS)decoction.Methods:Forced swimming test and tail suspension test were adopted.Results:XYS and DZXYS could significantly reduce the immobility time of mice during the forced swimming test and tail suspension test ( P <0.05 or P <0.01);while having no influence on spontaneous activity.Conclusions:The paper suggests that XYS and DZXYS have the effects of anti-depression.
