| 摘 要： | 目的:研究AB-8树脂分离纯化玉米须总黄酮的工艺参数。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定玉米须总黄酮含量,以总黄酮吸附量、洗脱量、纯度及总黄酮收率为考察指标考查AB-8树脂对玉米须总黄酮的吸附行为。结果:确定适宜的上样条件为:玉米须上样液中总黄酮的浓度为1.88mg.mL-1,pH=6.0,上样流速为2.5BV/h;合适的洗脱条件为:90%的乙醇,流速为2.5BV/h。结论:用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对甘草黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸性能,纯化后玉米须总黄酮纯度为61.35%,总黄酮回收率为92.5%。 |
