摘    要:目的:探讨金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清SOD活力、MDA含量的影响.方法:将金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠进行干预,通过检测大鼠血清SOD活力、MDA含量的变化,从而探讨金丹活性部位抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制.结果:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分均能明显降低模型大鼠血清MDA的含量,增强SOD的活力(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分均能明显降低模型大鼠血清MDA的含量,增强SOD的活力,说明其作用机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化反应、提高抗氧化能力有关.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the active sites from hypericum attenuatum choisy and salvia miltiorrhiza for the effect on SOD,MDA in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats.Methods:Effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats by active sites,observe the effect on the contents of SOD,MDA,and explore the mechanism against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Results:The 60% ethanol elution and water elution component could obviously enhance the activity of SOD,reduce the content of MDA.Conclusion:The 60% ethanol elution and water elution component can obviously enhance the activity of SOD,reduce the content of MDA.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and improve antioxidant capacity.
