毛脉酸模内生真菌RGT-S4生长曲线及菌丝体化学成分初步研究

摘    要:目的:研究毛脉酸模(Rumex gmelini Turcz.)内生真菌RGT-S4的生长曲线及菌丝体中的化学成分.方法:运用液体培养法对毛脉酸模内生真菌RGT-S4的生长曲线进行研究,同时运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备液相等方法对其醇提物正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、NMR数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:最佳生长天数为7天;同时分离到3个化合物,其结构鉴定为:甘露醇(Ⅰ)、D-果糖(Ⅱ)、L-2-O-甲基-手-肌醇(Ⅲ).结论:对其生长天数进行研究,以优化其培养条件,同时以上化学成分均为首次从毛脉酸模内生真菌RGT-S4菌丝体中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To study the growth curve and chemical constituents of RGT-S4 mycelium from Rumex gmelini Turcz..Method:We studied growth curve by using liquid cultivation,and ethanol extracts by using n-BuOH extraction,solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and other separation means.The structures were identified according to physical and chemical properties and date of NMR.Results:The best growth days were seven days,and three compounds were identified as Mannitol(Ⅰ),D-fructose(Ⅱ),L-2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol(Ⅲ).Conclusion:Growth days are studied in order to optimizate the culture conditions,and the above compounds are identified from RGT-S4 mycelium of Rumex gmelini Turcz.for the frist time.
