加减地黄饮子提取工艺的研究

目的:优选加减地黄饮子的最佳提取工艺.方法:以浸膏得率和毛蕊花糖苷及石斛总碱的含量为指标,采用正交试验对水提和醇提过程中的溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数等因素进行优选研究,同时采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,根据收油率考查加水量和提取时间.结果:本方最佳提取工艺为肉苁蓉、麦门冬、人参、远志、五味子、山茱萸等用8倍量70%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次2h:生姜、薄荷、石菖蒲加10倍量水6h提取挥发油:方中熟地黄、茯苓、巴戟天、石斛、大枣与醇提取后的药渣及挥发油提取后药渣一同加16倍的水,回流提取3次,每次1h:血竭等原粉入药.结论:用正交试验方法优选此方的提取工艺是可行的.

Study on the extraction technology of Dihang Yinzi

Objective:To optimize the extraction process for decoction of Rehmanniae.Methods:An orthogonal test of water-extraction and alcohol-extraction with the following factors including the amount of solvent,extraction time and decocting times during was designed.The main outcome measures were the dried extract,the content of Verbascoside and the amount of Dendrobiun alkaloids.Results:We added 70% alcohol eight times weight of the materials into Herba Cistanches,Radix Ophiopogonis,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Polygalae and Fructus corni Radix ginseng,then the process of refluxing and extracting was administered for two hours.The same procedure was repeated for two times.Rhizoma Zingheris Recens,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,Mentha haplocalyx were used as the materials for distillation.Water ten times weight of these materials was added and distillation of six hours was carried out.Then we gained the volatile material.The dregs of above-mentioned two procedures were collected and mingled with Fructus Jujubae Poria,Radix morindae Officinalls,Herba Dendrobii and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata-Water ten times weight of these materials was added,then one hour's course of refluxing and extracting was repeated for three times.After alcohol-extraction,water-extraction and distillation-extraction,most materials were managed.Other materials such as Sanguis draxonis were milled to dust.Conclusion:The method of optimize the extraction process for Decoction of Rehmanniae by the orthogonal experiment was feasible.
