| 摘 要： | 目的:通过药效学试验验证石川化痰散的功能与主治,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:利用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法及小鼠酚红祛痰法(气管段酚红法)观察药物对实验动物的影响。结果:石川化痰散能够减少枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽次数,增加小鼠支气管酚红的排泌量。结论:石川化痰散具有明显的镇咳、祛痰作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the apophlegmatic and antitussive actions of Shichuan Huatan powder to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:The apophlegmatic and antitussive actions of Shichuan Huatan powder were studied by the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion of mice trachea and citric acid cough in guinea pigs.Results:The result shows Shichuan Huatan powder can significantly promote phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in mice trachea and reduce the number of cough by citric acid in guinea pigs.Conclu... |
