摘    要:目的优化淫羊藿配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验结合Box—Behnken效应面分析法,以出膏率、淫羊藿苷含量为评价指标,考察提取时间、加水量、提取次数等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果优选提取工艺为:22倍量水,煎煮提取2次,每次36min,淫羊藿苷含量可达10.16mg·g^-1,出膏率为17.26%。结论Box—Be-hnken试验设计法用于淫羊藿配方颗粒提取工艺的优选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。

Abstract:Objective To optimize extracting technology of herba epimedii formula granules.Methods Based on the results of single-factor-at-a-time-technique,Box-Behnken experimental design combined with response surface methodology(RSM) was employed,with the extraction time(A),the water addition(B),the extraction(C) as the independent variables.The response variable were the dried extraction yield and the content of Icariin.ResultsThe optimum extraction conditions were to reflux for 2 times with 22 fold water and each time for 36 min.The content of Icariin was 10.16mg·g-1,and the dried extraction yield was 17.26 %.Conclusions Box-Behnken design is suitable for optimizing the extraction technique of Herba Epimedii formula granules.The observed responses were in close agreement with the predicted values of the mathematic models.
