自拟乳腺汤治疗乳腺增生病300例

目的观察疏肝、活血、化痰、散结类中药配伍治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法将300例乳腺增生病患者辨证分为肝郁气滞、痰瘀互结2型。分别予以Ⅰ号乳腺汤和Ⅱ号乳腺汤进行治疗。结果有效率分别为90.33%、85.40%,总有效率87.67%。结论Ⅰ号乳腺汤具有疏肝解郁、行气止痛,Ⅱ号乳腺汤具有活血化痰、软坚散结之功效,辨证应用治疗乳腺增生病,疗效满意。

Self-made Mammary Decoction in the Treatment of 300 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medications with the effects of soothing liver,promoting blood circulation,reducing phlegm,and eliminating accumulation in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods 300 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were typed into stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm and blood stasis based on syndromes differentiation,and were given No.1 mammary decoction and NO.2 mammary decoction respectively.Results The effective rates were 90.33% and 85.4% respectively,and the total effective rate was 87.67%.Conclusion No.1 mammary decoction has the effects of soothing the liver to remove stagnancy of liver-qi and promoting circulation of qi to relieve pain;No.2 mammary decoction has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove phlegm and disintegrating masses.Self-made mammary decoction has a favorable effect on the treatment of mammary glands hyperplasia based on syndromes differentiation.
