| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味六磨汤灌肠治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法治疗组23例在对症支持治疗基础上给予加味六磨汤灌肠治疗,对照组23例单用对症支持治疗加开塞露灌肠。结果治疗组在临床疗效方面总有效率为82.61%,对照组为47.83%,治疗组明显优于对照组,KPS评分方面,治疗组的生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组。结论加味六磨汤可以改善恶性肠梗阻患者生活质量,提高梗阻缓解率。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Modified Six Milled Ingredients Decoction in the treatment of clinical curative effect of malignant intestinal obstruction. Methods 23 cases in the treatment group were treated on the basis of Modified Six Milled Ingredients Decoction enema,the treatment group of 23 cases with symptomatic and supportive treatment plus enema. Results The treatment group got curative clinical effect,the total effective rate was 82. 6 %,47. 8 %in the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. KPS score,quality of life in treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The Modified Six Milled Ingredients Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with malignant obstruction of bowel obstruction,and improve the remission rate. |
