参芪糖肾安胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的动物实验研究

目的研究中医气阴两虚、脾肾不足、瘀浊阻滞病机与糖尿病肾病的关系,观察参芪糖肾安胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对相关指标的影响。方法实验分空白对照组、模型组、阳性药物对照组、中药大、中、小剂量组共6组,采用经典的大鼠链脲佐菌素（STZ）造模方法,以联苯三酚自氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）,采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛（MDA）。结果中药大、中、小剂量组大鼠治疗后血糖水平降低、24 h尿蛋白明显降低、SOD值明显升高、MDA值明显降低,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论参芪糖肾安胶囊能降低血糖、减少尿蛋白,对糖尿病肾病有确切的疗效。

Animal Experimental Study of Shen Qi Tang Shen An Capsules in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To study the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency in spleen and kidney,and stagnancy of turbid substance.To observe the efficacy of Shen Qi Tang Shen An capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effects on some interrelated indexes.Methods The animals were divided into blank control group,model group,positive agent control group,high,middle and low doses of TCM group.The classical rat streptozotocin model-making method was used,superoxide dismutase was determined by pyrogallol oxidation method,and malondialdehyde(MDA) was determined by thiobarbituric acid method.Results After treatment,as to the rats in high,middle and low doses TCM groups,their blood sugar levels lowered,24h urine protein reduced obviously,SOD increased greatly,and MDA obviously decreased.There was significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shen Qi Tang Shen An capsules can lower the level of blood sugar,and reduce urine protein.It had a definite efficacy for diabetic nephropathy.
