"双固一通"针法对缺血心肌组织三磷酸腺苷酶活性的影响

目的观察“双固一通”针法对老年心肌缺血模型大鼠Ca^2＋-ATPase、Mg^2＋-ATPase活性的影响，比较“双固一通”针法与常规取穴针法抗心肌缺血损伤的效应差异。方法清洁极老龄雄性Wistar大鼠80只，随机分四组：正常组、造模组、常规取穴针刺治疗组。“双固一通”针刺治疗组，关元穴、足三里穴为“双固”用穴，用二穴来固护先后天之本，内关穴为“一通”用穴，以疏通经络，祛除病邪；常规取穴针刺治疗组取内关穴。以垂体后叶素快速腹腔注射心肌缺血造模；组织化学方法检测心肌组织Ca^2＋-ATPase活性，磷法检测心肌组织Mg^2＋-ATPase浓度。结幂常规取穴针刺治疗组，“双固一通”针刺治疗组两组Ca^2＋-ATPase，Mg^2＋-ATPase均较造模组显著升高（P〈0．01）；常规取穴针刺治疗组、“双固一通”针刺治疗组Ca^2＋-ATPase、Mg^2＋-ATPase、活性存在显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论常规取穴针法和“双固一通”针法对缺血心肌Ca^2＋-ATPase、Mg^2＋-ATPase均具有良好的保护作用；“双固一通”针法对缺血心肌Ca^2＋-ATPase、Mg^2＋-ATPase保护作用较常规取穴针法更为明显，固护正气在治疗疾病中有着重要作用，在固护正气基础上的通泻病邪较单纯通泻病邪具有明显的促进机体抗病能力的作用。

Effect of acupuncture "shuanggu yitong" on ATP ase of cardiac Muscle in rats with myocardial ischemic injury

Objective To investigated the effect of acupuncture "shuanggu yitong "in Ca~(2 )-ATPase and Mg~(2 )-ATPase in elder rats cardiac muscle after myocardial ischemic injury,compare the effect difference between "shuanggu yitong"and normal simple acupuncture therapy.Methods Eighty elder male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group(group A),model control group(group D),Guanyuan(RN4)and Zusanli(ST36) Were applied as"shuanggu"acupoints and Neiguan(PC6)as routine acupuoint,Model of myocardial ischemia was made by rapid intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin Activity of Ca~(2 )-ATPase and Mg~(2 )-ATPase in the myocardial tissue was measured with histochemistry and "Phosphonium"method.Results Contents of Ca~(2 )-ATPase and Mg~(2 )-ATPase in rortine acuprnctute treatment group and "shuanggu yitong "acupuncture treatment group were higher than those in the model control group(P<0.01)Compared With routine acupuncture treatment group Was markedly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion Both routine acupunctute therapy and "shuanggu yitong "acupuncture therapy had obvious effct on myocardial ischemic injury;the latter had better effect than the former in protecting the Activity of Ca~(2 )-ATPase and Mg~(2 )-ATPase on myocardial ischemic injury.Protecting vitaol Qi plays an important role in the treatment of diseases.Lusrating pathogenic factors on the base of protecting vital Qi has better effect of restoring the ability to diseases than the simple remove of path ogenic factors.
