加味补阳还五汤合康复训练对脑梗死恢复期上肢功能的影响

目的：观察加味补阳还五汤合康复训练治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效。方法：38例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组患者均采取常规药物和康复训练治疗3周，治疗组另用加味补阳还五汤治疗，治疗前后采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动评分（FMA）和改良巴氏指数（MBI）进行康复评价。结果：治疗后两组患者MBI、FMA评分显著优于治疗前，且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：加味补阳还五汤合康复训练可改善脑梗死偏瘫上肢功能，有助于提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Effects of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Upper Limb Function of Cerebral Infarction in Recovery Phase

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training on cerebral infarction of recovery phase. Methods：38 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, both adopted 3 weeks of conventional medi-cine and rehabilitation training, treatment group added Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction, Fugl-Meyer motor score （FMA） and modified Barthel In-dex （MBI） were used to carry out the rehabilitation evaluation before and after treatment. Results：MBI and FMA score of the two groups after treat-ment were both significantly better than those before treatment, and treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jiawei Buy-ang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training can improve the hemiplegic upper limb function of cerebral infarction, which contrib-utes to improve the activities of daily living of patients’.
