| 摘 要： | 跟骨骨折是常见的足部损伤,跟骨关节内骨折如治疗不当,可引起严重的足部功能障碍.笔者认为应用跟骨钛钢板治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨关节内骨折,可恢复跟骨的大致形态,疗效显著.所以,开放复位跟骨钛钢板内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法.
