针灸配合推拿手法治疗梨状肌综合征33例

目的：观察醒脑静治疗脑出血的临床疗效.方法：将130例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静20ml静脉滴注,1次/d,2周为1个疗程;并且于治疗前及治疗后7d,14d进行神经功能缺损程度和意识障碍程度评分.结果：醒脑静治疗组总有效率,显效率分别为92%和74%,对照组总有效率,显效率分为74%和52%,两组比较有显著差异（p〈0.05）.结论：醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血有较好的临床效果.

The effect of Xingnaojing jnjection on treatment of the intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing on patient with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods ：130 pa- tients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were administered Xingnaojing in addition to the routine therapy, while the control group received routine tharapy. Neurological deficit scores（NDS） and disturbance of consciousness score were evaluated before and after 7 days and 14 days of treatment. Results： Effective rate and notable effective rate of Xingnaojing group after 14 days of treatment were 92% and 74% ,obviously higher than those of control group 74 % and 52 %. Conclusion： Xingnaojing is effective on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
