推拿配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症115例

目的：探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较佳治疗方法。方法：对115例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行推拿配合针灸治疗。推拿治疗在腰部使用按压、揉法、拿捏法放松腰部肌肉，拔伸并牵抖腰部，行腰部斜搬伸腿法，最后用揉法放松腰背部肌肉。推拿结束后，用毫针对突出病位的华佗夹脊穴作输刺法，配穴：环跳、阳陵泉、委中、昆仑、阿是穴接电针治疗。隔日一次，10次为一疗程，两个疗程后评定疗效。结果：痊愈66例，好转41例，无效8例，有效率93．04％。结论：推拿配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床效果。
