| 摘 要： | 目的：观察推拿配合针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用推拿配合针刺治疗，对照组仅采用推拿治疗。结果：治疗两个疗程后观察组治疗有效率为90g，对照组治疗有效率为50％，两组相比有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：推拿配合针刺治疗颈性眩晕有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate therapeutic effect observation of treating cervical vertigo by manipulation matching acupuncture method. Meth- ods..Choosed 40 cervical vertigo patients. Divided randomly into experiment group and control group. Experiment group applied manipulation matc- hing acupuncture method and control group only applied manipulation method. Result：Effective rate of experiment group was 90%. However, control group＇ effective rate was 50 %. Two groups comparison had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Manipulation matching acupuncture method was a good way to treat cervical vertigo. |
