运用补益法治疗肺炎的体会

肺炎是临床上常见的疾病之一，可属于中医咳嗽病的范畴。临床上多以发热咳嗽，痰多色黄，呼吸困难为主要症状。故多以清热解毒，宣肺化痰为主要法则来治疗，比较常用的方剂是麻杏石甘汤或千金苇茎汤，所用大法则属于清法。但有些肺炎在临床上却以脏气虚损为主要症状表现出来，此时我们就要结合具体的病情，实行辨证施治。对于确属虚损证侯的肺炎患者，应不适时机地大胆运用中医补益法来治疗。近年来，笔者在使用补益法治疗肺炎中，稍有心得，仅此，略举案例予以说明。
