带教老师影响带教质量因素的分析及对策

目的：分析临床带教中带教老师影响带教质量的因素，寻找改进带教质量的对策。方法：采取护士长及带教组长提出的方法、设置医生问卷调查和开座谈会听取护生的意见等，以全面详细的了解临床带教情况。结果：调查结果显示带教老师工作中存在着带教老师只是层次偏低、用力过大、专业思想不稳定、带教内容缺乏规范等问题。结论：带教老师应有责任心、基础理论知识扎实、临床经验丰富、擅长归纳总结的高年资护士担任。并与科实通过加大带教老师培训力度，建立资格带致制度，规范带教内容及带教制度的实施并与被带教人员建立良好的关系，形成教学相长的局面，提高临床带教质量。

And through enlarges guidance and teaching teacher with the branch reality to train dynamics, estab- lishes the qualifications belt to send the system, the standard guidance and teaching content and the guidance and teaching system＇s imple- mentation and with is established by the guidance and teaching personnel the good relations, forms the one learns by teaching the aspect, im- proves the clinical guidance and teaching quality.
