早期康复对急性脑梗死患者功能恢复的影响

目的：探讨早期康复对急性脑梗死患者动运功能、日常生活活动（ADL）能力恢复的影响。方法：选择脑梗死患者80例，随机分为康复组和对照组，各40例，两组患者采用相同的药物治疗，对照组患者进行普通康复健康教育训练，康复组在患者生命体征稳定48小时后进行康复治疗，采用Bobath和Rood技术训练，采用简式Fugl—Meyer（FMA）运动评分、改良的巴式指数（MBI）进行康复评价，比较两组临床效果。结果：FMA、MBI在治疗前两组患者差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗后较治疗前改善明显（P〈O．01），但康复组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：早期康复治疗可明显促进运动功能、ADL能力恢复。

The effects of intervention the early rehabilitation on motor function in acute cerebral infarction

Objective： To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation on motor function and activities of daily living （ADL） in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 80 patients randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, all of them were treated with the same drugs, and patients in rehabilitation group were added with rehabilitation（Bobath and Rood tech- nique tiaining） after their stable vital signs for 48 hours. Rehabilitation evaluations were undertaken by Fugl--Meyer motion evalua- tion（FMA）and modified Barthel index（MBI）. Results： FMA and MBI were not significantly different between tow groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, but there were significantly after treatment（P〈0.01）, and curative effects in rehabilitation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Early rehabilitation can improve the motor function and ADL.
