针灸、推拿联合药物治疗膝关节炎疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸、推拿联合药物在社区治疗膝关节炎的疗效。方法：将97例社区膝关节炎患者随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（47例），观察组给予针灸、推拿联合药物治疗，对照组仅给予药物治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效及膝关节活动度、Lysholm评分的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率、膝关节活动度及Lysholm评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸、推拿联合药物治疗可有效改善社区中膝关节炎患者的膝关节活动度及关节功能，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture,Massage Combined with Drug Treating Knee Arthritis

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture, massage combined with drugs treating knee arthritis in the community. Methods：97 cases of community patients with knee arthritis were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （47 cases）, observation group adopted therapy of acupuncture, massage combined with drug, control group only with drug treatment, to observe the improve-ment of clinical efficacy, motion range of knee joint and Lysholm score between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate, motion range of knee joint and Lysholm score of observation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Therapy of acupuncture, mas-sage combined with drug can effectively improve the motion range of knee joint and joint function of patients with knee arthritis in the community, which is significantly effective and worthy of clinical application.
