扳机点推拿配合胸椎小关节整复治疗肩背肌筋膜炎疗效观察

目的：探讨扳机点推拿配合胸椎小关节整复治疗肩背肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法：将58例肩背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为实验组（30例）和对照组（28例），实验组采取扳机点推拿配合胸椎小关节整复，对照组只予胸椎小关节整复，隔天1次，5次为1个疗程，2个疗程后评定疗效。结果：实验组总有效率为90.0%，高于对照组的75.0%（P〈0.05）。结论：扳机点推拿配合胸椎小关节整复治疗肩背肌筋膜炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Trigger Points Massage Combined with Thoracic Joints Reduction for Shoulder and Back Myofascitis

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of trigger points massage combined with thoracic joints reduction for shoulder and back myofascitis. Methods：58 cases shoulder and back myofascitis paitnets were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （28 cases）, the experimental group treated by trigger points massage combined with thoracic joints reduction, while the control group only by thoracic joints re-duction, once per 2 days, 5 times as a course of treatment, evaluated the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment. Results：The total effecitve rate of ex-perimental group was 90.0%, higher than 75.0%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Trigger points massage combined with thoracic joints re-duction has significant curative effect on shoulder and back myofascitis, deserves clinical promotion and application.
