仰头旋转手法结合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

目的：观察仰头旋转手法结合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：72例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组与对照组各36例，观察组采用仰头旋转手法结合颈椎牵引治疗，对照组采用常规按摩手法及颈椎牵引治疗，观察两组效果。结果：1疗程后两组患者症状与功能评分均显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05），且观察组改善指数显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：仰头旋转手法结合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切，操作简单，可在基层医院推广。

Efficacy Observation on Head Rotation Manipulation and Cervical Traction Treating Cervical Vertigo

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of head rotation manipulation combined with cervical traction treating cervical vertigo. Methods： 72 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 36 cases, observation group adopted head rotation manipulation combined with cervical traction, control group with conventional massage and cervical traction, to observe effect of the two groups. Results： After a course of treatment, symptom and function scores of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈 0.05）, and improved index of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Head rotation manipulation combined with cervical traction treating cervical vertigo is exactly effective and easy to operate, which can be popularized in primary hospital.
