摘    要:目的:观察减重支持系统训练对提高脑瘫患儿下肢肌力、肌张力的疗效。方法:将52例下肢肌力2级以上的脑瘫患儿随机分为试验组(26例)和对照组(26例),两组患儿均给予运动疗法、站立训练等常规康复治疗,试验组则在此基础上进行减重支持系统训练,3个月后比较两组患儿的下肢肌力及肌张力变化。结果:试验组肌力、肌张力恢复总有效率均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:减重支持系统训练对下肢肌力2级以上的脑瘫患儿的下肢肌力及肌张力恢复效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy of hypogravics support systematic training on lower extremity myodynamia and muscle tension of chil-dren with cerebral palsy. Methods:52 children with cerebral palsy of lower extremity myodynamia of level 2 or above were randomly divided into experimental group (26 cases) and control group (26 cases), both with routine rehabilitation therapy such as exercise therapy, standing exercise and so on, and experimental group added hypogravics support systematic training, myodynamia and muscle tension changes of lower extremity between the two groups were compared after 3 months. Results:Myodynamia and muscle tension recovery of total efficiency in experimental group were both higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Effects of hypogravics support systematic training on lower extremity myodynamia and muscle tension in children with cerebral palsy of lower extremity myodynamia of level 2 or above are remarkable, being worthy of clinical applica-tion.
