脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭康复与医院康复效果对比

目的：探讨脑卒中患者康复治疗的有效方法。方法：41例脑卒中患者分为家庭组20例和医院组2l例，分别予家庭康复与医院康复，比较两组Fugl-Meyer评分及ADL评分。结果：治疗后两组Fugl—Meyer评分及ADL评分均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．05），医院组上肢Fugl-Meyer评分高于家庭组（P〈0．05），但两组下肢Fugl—Meyer评分及ADL评分比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：脑卒中偏瘫患者应用家庭康复能改善下肢功能及日常生活能力，效果良好。

Comparison of Family Rehabilitation and Hospital Rehabilitation in Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective： To investigate an effective rehabilitation way for stroke patients. Methods： 41 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided in- to family group （20 cases） and hospital group （21 cases）, respectively used family rehabilitation and hospital rehabilitation, then compared the Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores of two groups. Results： After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores were both increased （P〈0.05）, the Fugl-Meyer scores of upper limb of hospital group was higher than that of family group （P〈0.05）, but Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores of low- er limb of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Family rehabilitation is effective, which can improve the lower extremity motor function and activities of daily living of hemiplegic stroke patients.
