全身振动训练在脑卒中治疗中的应用介绍

全身振动训练已被国内外越来越广泛地应用并作为肌力增强和提高的手段之一，但如何将其应用于脑卒中患者及其效果如何，国内研究很少，国外亦已有越来越多的学者进行了相关研究，并肯定了全身振动训练在提高脑卒中患者下肢肌力、平衡、ADL等方面的积极作用。本文旨在介绍全身振动训练在脑卒中治疗中的应用，为广大科研工作者以后进行相关研究及努力方向提供参考。

Introduction and Application of Whole-body Vibration to Stroke Patients

Whole-body vibration （WBV） is widely used as a method to enhance muscle strength. But seldom researches were done to show how to apply it to stroke patients and how the effect of WBV was in China. As a contrast, there is a growing support at abroad to use WBV in stroke rehabilitation, and showing that WBV plays an active role in lower limb strength, balance and ADL. The aim of this paper is to introduce the application of WBV in stroke patients, and provide some references to the direction of further research.
