推拿结合关节松动术及中频电疗治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的：探讨推拿结合关节松动术及中频电疗治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：60例肩周炎患者随机平分为治疗组、推拿组与康复组，治疗组采用推拿结合关节松动术及中频电疗治疗，推拿组仅采用推拿手法，康复组采用关节松动术及中频电治疗，比较三组肩关节功能评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组肩关节功能评分、愈显率均显著高于推拿组及康复组（P〈0.05），但推拿组与康复组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：推拿结合关节松动术及中频电疗治疗肩周炎疗效显著，能有效改善患者肩关节功能及日常生活活动能力。

Efficacy Observation on Massage Combined with Joint Mobilization and Medium Frequency Electrotherapy Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects in massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrotherapy treat-ing scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods：60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, mas-sage group and rehabilitation group on average, treatment group with massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrothera-py, massage group only with massage technique, rehabilitation group with medium frequency electrotherapy, to compare shoulder joint function score and clinical efficacy in three groups. Results：after the treatment, the shoulder joint function score and effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of massage group and rehabilitation group （P＆lt;0.05）, but without significant difference in massage group and rehabili-tation group （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrotherapy treating scapulohumeral periar-thritis is significantly effective, which can effectively improve patients shoulder joint function and activity of daily living.
