| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸疗法结合热疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的疗效。方法：36例乳腺癌术后上肢水肿患者均采用针灸结合热疗治疗，测量并记录治疗前后患侧上臂中点臂围，3个疗程后统计疗效。结果：显效20例，好转13例，无效3例，总有效率为91．6％。结论：针灸疗法结合热疗能明显改善乳腺癌术后患者的上肢水肿程度。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with hyperthermia for upper extremity edema after breast cancer operation. Methods： 36 cases of patients with upper extremity edema after breast cancer operation were all treated by acupuncture combined with hyperthermia, measured and recorded the midpoint ann circumference of affected side, then evaluated the efficacy after 3 courses of treatment. Results： 20 cases were marked effective, 13 cases turned better, 3 cases invalid, the total effetive rate was 91.6%. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with hyperther- mia can significantly improve the edema degree of postoperative patients＇ upper extremity of breast cancer. |
