针灸联合康复训练治疗中风后遗症疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸联合康复训练治疗中风后遗症的疗效。方法：将88例中风后遗症患者随机分为试验组（44例）和对照组（44例），对照组给予颅压控制、稳定血压、吸氧、控制水电解质平衡、药物治疗等常规治疗，试验组则在常规治疗基础上采用针灸联合康复训练，观察两组临床疗效。结果：试验组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：针灸联合康复训练治疗中风后遗症疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Stroke Sequela

To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for stroke sequela. Methods：88 cases of patients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into experimental group （44 cases） and control group （44 cases）, the control group treated by conventional treatment, such as intracranial pressure control, blood pressure stability, oxygen inhalation, control of water and electrolyte balance and medication, while experimental group by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional treatment, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, while neural function defect score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has significant curative effect on stroke sequela, deserves clinical promotion and application.
