雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为治疗组（80例）和对照组（80例），治疗组给予雷火灸结合电针治疗，对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖及双氯芬酸钠肠溶片，1个月后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的83.75%（P〈0.05）。结论：雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Electro-acupuncture for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis. Methods：160 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group （80 cases） and control group （80 cases）, the treatment group treated by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture, while the control group by orally taking glucosamine sulfate and diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, observed the efficacy after 1 month. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%, which was higher than 83.75%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoar-thritis is safe and effective, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
