抗菌药物使用的社区调查和不合理干预情况

目的：研究抗菌药物不合理使用社区分布情况,流行类型,发生率和流行特点;指导用药安全和合理用药,保障社区居民身体健康.方法：利用流行病学回顾性研究和前瞻性研究的方法,利用统计学方法stata10统计软件来分析干预组和对照组是否存在显著性差异,使用ADR因果关系评价方法进行评价.结果：干预组和对照组存在显著性差异,干预组抗菌药物不合理使用率明显减少.结论：社区开展抗菌药物不合理使用的监测和干预工作,有利地提高了社区居民健康意识和健康水平,为指导和推广社区药物合理用药提供理论基础.

Methods： Using the epidemiology re- view research and the forward-looking research method,analyzes the intervention group and the control group using the statistical method stata10 statistics software whether has the significance difference, uses the ADR causal relation assessment method to carry on the appraisal. Results： The intervention group and the control group has the significance difference,the intervention group antibiotics unreasonable utilization ratio obvious reduc- tion. Conclusion：The community carries out the monitor and the intervention work which the antibiotics uses not reasonably, raised the community inhabitant health consciousness and the health standard advantageously,is the instruction and the promoted community medicine reasonable medication provides the rationale.
