前内外双切口、双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折

目的：探讨前内外双切口双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效.方法：2007年3月至2009年3月,采用前内外双切口双钢板固定治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ胫骨平台骨折46例.结果：术后46例均获得随访.随访6-19月,骨折均连接,平均骨折愈合时间12周,未出现钢板、螺钉松动移位、复位丢失,骨折塌陷等.参照Hss评分优23例,良18例,可5例.优良率为85%.结论：前内外双切口、双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,选择软组织损伤较轻者,显露充分,直视准确复位,坚强固定,关节功能恢复满意,是目前治疗该类骨折的最佳选择之一.
