中医健康管理干预对卵巢功能减退患者卵巢功能的影响

目的:观察中医健康管理对卵巢功能减退(DOR)患者卵巢功能的影响。方法:将70例DOR患者随机分为观察组及对照组各35例,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇、黄体酮治疗,观察组采用中医健康管理(中药治疗、中医外治法、健康宣教)干预,观察两组患者临床疗效、中医症状积分改善情况及激素水平变化。结果:(1)观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组在改善中医症状积分方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)两组治疗后FSH、LH水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),E2水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH、E2水平差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医健康管理能明显改善DOR患者卵巢功能,改善患者临床症状,降低FSH、LH,升高E2水平,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of TCM Health Management Intervention on Ovarian Function of DOR Patients

Objective:To study the effect of TCM health management intervention on ovarian function of DOR patients.Method:70 cases of DOR patients included in the study were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35),the control group treated with estradiol valerate and progesterone,while observation group used TCM health management intervention(herbal decoction,TCM external treatment,health education),the clinical curative effect and improvement of TCM Symptom score and the change of hormone were observed.Result:(1)The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);(2)TCM Symptom Score was improved significantly in observation group than that in observation group(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,FSH and LH in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),E2 increased significantly(P<0.05).FSH、LH、E2 had no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM health management can improve ovarian function of DOR patients,improve clinical symptoms,reduce FSH and LH,increase E2,which is worthy of clinical application.
