TEAS早期干预对危重症患者胃肠功能障碍的调节作用研究

目的:观察TEAS早期干预对危重症患者胃肠功能障碍的调节作用。方法:将ICU住院的危重症胃肠功能障碍患者84例随机分为对照组与治疗组各42例,对照组予补液等常规治疗,早期持续匀速泵入肠内营养液;治疗组双侧足三里、上巨虚予TEAS,参数为断续波、25Hz、12mA,持续2h,每天一次,连续7天,观察并记录两组患者胃肠功能障碍评分、肠内营养摄入量、喂养不耐受(恶心呕吐、腹胀、便秘)的发生率。结果:治疗7天后,治疗组胃肠功能障碍评分、肠内营养摄入量、喂养不耐受发生率均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TEAS早期干预可有效改善危重症患者的胃肠功能障碍,减少并发症,其操作简单、疗效明确,适宜临床推广。

To Study the Effect of Early Intervention of TEAS on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Critically Ill Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of early intervention of TEAS on gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients.Methods:84 cases of ICU hospitalized patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and treatment group(n=42).The control group received routine treatment such as fluid replacement,and early continuous and uniform pump enteral nutrition solution;the treatment group was treated with TEAS on bilateral Zusanli and Shangjuxu points,the parameters are intermittent wave,25 Hz,12 mA,lasting 2 hours,once a day for seven consecutive days,observe and record the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction,the intake of enteral nutrition and the incidence of feeding intolerance(nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,constipation).Results:After 7 days of treatment,the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction,the intake of enteral nutrition and the incidence of feeding intolerance in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intervention of TEAS can effectively improve gastrointestinal dysfunction and reduce complications in critically ill patients.It is simple to operate and has definite curative effect.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
