血栓通防治老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓疗效观察

目的：研究血栓通对老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治作用。方法：选取我院骨科老年髋部骨折术后的住院病人80例，按照单盲随机分组方法分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，治疗组采取血栓通静滴治疗，对照组采取低分子肝素钙注射液皮下注射治疗，共治疗14日，对比临床疗效。结果：两组疗效对比，有显著性统计学意义（P〈0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：血栓通对预防高龄髋部骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓疗效显著。
