| 摘 要： | 目的：观察步态分析结合JOA评分评估运动疗法结合中医手法治疗膝骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床效果。方法：30例KOA患者采取运动疗法结合中医手法治疗3个月，用步态分析及JOA评分评定患者膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：治疗后1、3个月JOA评分及步速、步幅、步频均显著高于治疗前（P〈0.05）。结论：运动疗法结合中医手法治疗骨性关节炎疗效确切，步态分析可客观评估其临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of exercise therapy and traditional manipulation treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA） with gait anal-ysis and JOA score evaluated. Methods：30 cases of KOA were treated with exercise therapy combined with traditional manipulation for 3 months, the function recovery of knee joint were evaluated with gait analysis and JOA score. Results：JOA score and pace, stride length and stride frequency after treatment of 1 and 3 months were all significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of exercise thera-py and manipulation treating knee osteoarthritis is exact, and gait analysis can be used to objectively evaluate its clinical effect. |
